Second Annual Pets Alive Kitten Shower

April 6th, 2013 -

It’s a boy! It’s a girl! No, it’s a litter of kittens!
Come to the second annual “Kitten Shower” at Pets Alive, a nearby animal sanctuary in Middletown, New York. The event will take place Saturday, April 6, from 12 p.m. - 4 p.m.

“We are looking forward to having the community join us on this special day,” said Becky Tegze, cat manager. “With kitten season coming up, we are in need of many items, such as kitten food and receiving blankets that will help us ‘parent,’ Pets Alive style.”

In addition to refreshments and fun raffles, the day will include tours of the sanctuary’s cat house, where many wonderful cats are waiting for their forever homes. Those attending are asked to help celebrate the “Kitten Shower” by bringing an item(s) from the following wish list:
Iams wet/dry kitten food                Toddler socks (new or used)
Polyfil                                 Fleece no-sew blankets (new or used)
