Join Gina Silber, a 200-hour Certified Yoga teacher, for All Levels Vinyasa (Flow). This one-hour yoga class blends breathing, stretching, and strengthening of your entire body. This class is great for those who are new or experienced in yoga. Quiet your mind through a flowing series of postures; increase strength and flexibility on the outside (and inside!); have fun and let go of your work day with a combination of movement, music, and meditation.
