  • The Giant’s Causeway: A UNESCO World Heritage Site that is comprised of 40,000 interlocking basalt columns, the result of an ancient volcanic eruption. The tops of the columns form stepping stones that lead from the cliff foot and disappear under the sea. The Giant’s Causeway is one of the most popular tourist spots in Northern Ireland.
  • Dunluce Castle: The iconic ruin of Dunluce Castle is a can’t-miss stop. The majestic structure on the dramatic coastal cliffs of North County Antrim, which was built by the MacQuillan family around 1500, has a colorful and storied history. There are the tales of a banshee and how the castle kitchen fell into the sea one stormy night in 1639. Dunluce Castle is a unique and majestic attraction along the Causeway Coastal Route.
  • Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge: The suspension bridge is 66 feet in length, 98 feet in the air and has woven its way between Carrick Island and the County Antrim mainland for over 250 years. Those brave enough to park their fear of heights will be treated to stunning views of Rathlin Island and Scotland.
  • Old Bushmills Distillery: Ireland’s oldest working whiskey distillery opened in 1784. Tours and tastings available year-round.
  • Golf: Northern Ireland is a golfer’s delight and boasts some of the world’s best courses including Royal County Down, which topped Golf Digest’s Top 100 Courses in the World. Golf champs like Rory McIlroy hail from Northern Ireland – and the area is a regular host of major championships too.   1. The K104 Belfast Trip Promotion is airing October 23, 2017 to November 20, 2017. The contest entry period is October 23, 2017 to midnight, November 19, 2017.  On Monday morning (11/20/17), one winner selected by random drawing from all entries received will win the grand prize trip.
  2. Winner must be 21 or older. Limit of one entry per household. Duplicate entries will be discarded.
  3. Winners are responsible for any state or federal taxes and will receive a 1099 at the end of the year the trip is used.
  4. Winner has one year to use the trip. All dates are available with the exception of blackout dates as deemed by the airline.
  5. Winner will receive round-trip airfare for two to Belfast on Norwegian Airlines from Stewart International Airport in Newburgh, New York. Winner will receive $500 in gift cards from K104.
  6. Winner will receive accommodations for two (double occupancy) in Belfast for four-nights.
  7. By participating, winners grant permission for their voice and telephone call to be recorded and re-broadcasted for promotional use on K104, and further agree to sign a hold harmless agreement and release agreement before receiving the grand prize. If you are not available at the time of our phone call, you forfeit the prize.
