At an art event in Miami Wednesday night, VITO SCHNABEL denied he's dating DEMI MOORE.  But they ended up at a party together later that night, and sources say they were acting like a couple.  Demi also hung out with LENNY KRAVITZ and STACY KEIBLER.

HOLLY MADISON will give birth to a baby girl early next year, and she hopes her daughter doesn't follow her into the pages of "Playboy".  She says, quote, "I don't think people are treated with respect in that environment . . . You think it's this glamorous thing until you realize how much you're judged for it."

STEPHEN BALDWIN was arrested in New York yesterday for TAX EVASION.  He allegedly owes the state more than $350,000.  And they don't think it was a simple oversight.  They claim he never even filed a return in 2008, 2009 or 2010.The D.A. says, quote, "At a time when Rockland County and New York State face severe fiscal shortfalls, we cannot afford to allow wealthy residents to break the law by cheating on their taxes." This is a felony, and Stephen could face up to four years in prison for it.  But he pleaded not guilty, and his lawyer says he did nothing wrong.

So the official word is that LINDSAY LOHAN is NOT nailing MAX GEORGE from THE WANTED, despite how much she supposedly wants to be.  But Wednesday night, she was backstage with the band during a gig in Philadelphia. And a source says Lindsay hitched a ride on their tour bus to their gig in Boston last night. As for Max, the source says, quote, "He doesn't want a girlfriend, and is a single guy . . . but doesn't mind having Lindsay around."

BROOKE BURKE had her thyroid cancer surgery yesterday . . . and it sounds like everything went well.  She even Tweeted about it.-She said, quote, "Thank God it's over.  I'm clean, surgery went well and I can talk.  Losing my voice was my biggest fear.  Thanks for all your prayers and light."  She added, quote, "Feels like I got hit by a car."Pre-surgery, Brooke posted a picture of herself in her hospital gown, to give us the, quote, "last looks at her neck" before doctors sawed into it.

Film critic ROGER EBERT is in the hospital with a fractured hip.  He Tweeted, quote, "Yes, fracture.  But no surgery needed.  Details follow." -There's no word what happened.  Ebert's Nubian goddess of a wife Chaz Tweeted that it was the fault of his, quote, "tricky disco dance moves."  Ebert . . . who's 70 . . . has battled various cancers over the years.  Nowadays, he can only speak with the aid of a computer, Stephen Hawking-style.

CHRIS ROCK doesn't think today's comedians are as good as those he grew up on, because they're "situational" . . . meaning they can only play to specific audiences . . . quote, "What we have now is black comics that work only black crowds, gay comics that do only gay crowds, and southern comics that only work down South, and so on."  But he did give props to Jerry Seinfeld, Ellen DeGeneres and George Lopez for being able to work any crowd.

DANIEL DAY-LEWIS is one of those method actors, who doesn't like to break character at all on the set of his movies.  But did he take it too far when he was filming "Lincoln"?--Apparently, even director STEVEN SPIELBERG had to buy into it.LUKAS HAAS, who plays a soldier, says, quote, "You could only address him as Mr. President.  Even Spielberg [had to] . . . Daniel's one of the best actors out there.  By far.  I'm not sure who you could put above him."

The first trailer for "Star Trek: Into Darkness" has hit the web.  And it looks like there's a TON of action in this flick . . . but not a lot of it happens in outer space. Also, if BENEDICT CUMBERBATCH is playing Khan, he's definitely NOT copying RICARDO MONTALBAN'S version.

NationalPost.com has put out a comprehensive chart of every single zombie that has been killed onscreen on "The Walking Dead" so far.  They also tracked the number of kills for each cast member, and how each zombie was taken out.  Overall, there have been 347 onscreen zombie deaths in the 27 episodes that have aired so far.

WENDY WILLIAMS says she's a BEYONCÉ fan . . . but that won't stop her from RIPPING her on her show.  On a recent episode, she said, quote, "Beyoncé can't talk.  [She] sounds like she's got a fifth grade education."  She says it's so bad, she'll have to watch Beyoncé's upcoming HBO documentary with the closed-captioning on.

The Kansas City Chiefs organization is paying for Jovan Belcher's funeral arrangements ... and has offered financial assistance to Kasandra Perkins' family as well ... TMZ has learned.Sources directly involved with the situation tell us ... the Chiefs have made it clear they don't want either family to be stuck with the massive bills stemming from the funerals or memorial services. Zsa Zsa Gabor is ALIVE and kickin' (OK, not exactly kickin' 'cause she only has 1-and-a-half legs)  but she's ALIVE ... despite another major medical scare this week. TMZ spoke with Zsa Zsa's hubby ... the von and only Prince von Anhalt ... who tells us ZZG was rushed to UCLA medical center Wednesday morning after developing a nasty infection around her feeding tube. We're told the 95-year-old Hollywood icon underwent surgery to treat the infection. She's still in the hospital so doctors can closely monitor her recovery. When asked how he was handling the situation, Prince couldn't have been more clear -- "This really f**ked up our Christmas."
