He faces up to 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
After this weekend's tragedy, the Dallas Cowboys are searching for answers. And this might be one of them: Calvin Hill, who's responsible for the team's off-the-field support programs, says they're considering equipping players' cars with those devices that keep them from driving when they're drunk. The NFL Players Union would probably have to sign off on that. It's not clear if they would. (--The union does already have a program in place to offer rides to players who've been drinking.)
Last week, when KATE MIDDLETON was in the hospital with severe morning sickness, two Australian radio DJs decided to try to get a call through to her room. At that time, the reserve price was set at $525,000.
There was a time, before rehab, when KEITH URBAN would get depressed every single Sunday . . . because he had no one to party with. That's actually one of the reasons he and NICOLE KIDMAN named their first daughter Sunday Rose. Keith says, "For me, Sunday used to be the loneliest day of the week because nobody's hanging out on a Sunday. They're all with their families and I used to dread Sundays."But when I met Nic, it became my favorite day of the week because we always spent it together. Nic had the same feeling so we said that if we had a child we should call her Sunday
PSY has subjected us all to "Gangnam Style", and if that isn't enough of a reason to DESPISE HIM . . . there's now some new ammunition. Eight years ago, in 2004, Psy performed a brutal anti-American song called "Dear Americans", which featured the lyric: "Kill those [effing] Yankees. He was protesting the U.S.'s involvement in Iraq, and the deaths of two Korean schoolgirls, who were accidentally hit and killed by a U.S. military vehicle.-"Dear Americans" is not a goofy pop song like "Gangnam Style", it's some sort of metal-rap song. The lyrics include the lines: Quote, "Kill those [effing] Yankees who have been torturing Iraqi captives.-"Kill those [effing] Yankees who ordered them to torture . . . kill their daughters, mothers, daughters-in-law and fathers . . . kill them all slowly and painfully."-Well, now that the U.S. has helped Psy become massively famous and rich, he's softened his position on America . . . and he wants us to know he's SUPER SORRY.In a statement, Psy says, quote, "As a proud South Korean who was educated in the U.S. and lived there for a very significant part of my life, I understand the sacrifices American servicemen and women have made to protect freedom and democracy in my country and around the world. "The song was part of a deeply emotional reaction to the war in Iraq and the killing of two Korean schoolgirls that was part of the overall anti-war sentiment shared by others around the world at that time. -"While I'm grateful for the freedom to express one's self, I've learned there are limits to what language is appropriate and I'm deeply sorry for how these lyrics could be interpreted. I will forever be sorry for any pain I have caused by those words."

The Learjet carrying the 43-year-old performer lost contact with air traffic controllers after it took off from Monterrey, Mexico, at 3:15 a.m. following Rivera's concert there. "It's been an undoing thing and my security guys told me to block her, because she's aggressive and does very erratic things . . . I felt bad for her to be honest."The Shannen Says star then follows the dispatcher's instruction, tweeting the fan to get her home address."I would love it if you guys would just call back and let me know," she asked. The dispatcher, naturally, couldn't help but gush just a little over the famous caller."All my coworkers can't believe I'm on the phone with you!" the operator admitted toward the end of the call
