"I was a tormented little kid who had to put on this sexy façade because that was my job and my life," she adds. "But my heart was the same, and I was this innocent little girl. I wanted so much love."The actress, now 24, says the abuse became worse "when I started hitting puberty, when I started becoming a woman and stopped being a little girl." Her classmates included future Dancing with the Stars pros Mark Ballas and Julianne's brother Derek Hough, both also children at the time. They had formed their own pop music group when Julianne was 12 performing in the U.S. and the U.K.

The last person to speak with the photog who was killed Tuesday following Justin Bieber's car tells TMZ ... Chris Guerra was quite sure Justin had been smoking pot while driving earlier in the day.The person who spoke with Chris at 5:16 PM -- less than an hour before he was killed -- did not want us to use his name.  He's also a photog who took Chris under his wing, and says Chris was one of his closest friends.He also says he believes Justin is partly to blame for Chris' death because of the singer's reckless driving history and alleged pot smoking which made it a big story to follow.As for Miley Cyrus' comments, he says, "Good Christians that I know ... don't throw stones at people who get killed."

Justin Bieber was stalked and harassed by the photographer who was killed while taking pictures of the singer's car on New Year's Day, and he lied about J.B. smoking pot ... sources connected with Bieber tell TMZ.Our well-connected Bieber sources tell TMZ ... photog Chris Guerra made Justin's life hell ... following and chasing him at every opportunity.  The sources claim Chris flat-out lied when he called a friend shortly before he was killed, claiming he saw Justin smoking pot in a pipe while driving his Ferrari earlier that day.  The sources say multiple witnesses will say the only time Justin left the Four Seasons on New Year's Day was to go to Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles in Hollywood for lunch, and there was never a pipe in sight.They also say the photog was lying when he told the friend he saw a car belonging to SelenaGomez on the Four Seasons property.

Two major weight loss companies won't touch Kim Kardashian's "big fat ass" with a 10-foot pole ... TMZ has learned they have zero interest in signing the pregnant celeb to a Jessica Simpson type deal.Reps for Jenny Craig and Medifast tell TMZ they won't be be helping Kim K shed her post-baby weight -- and their reason, ironically enough, is the reality TV star isn't real enough. Page Six reports that Sophia Vergara from Modern Family was with her fiancé at a Miami club when he raged out because she was taking a photo with someone he didn't know. "Pushing and shoving" ensued.  One witness told us, “Nick appeared to get really angry after Sofia took a picture with a stranger, and started screaming at her. Nick had to be pulled off Sofia by security. Her dress got torn in the melee. This happened right in front of everyone in the VIP section.

Hillary Clinton has been laying low while she recovers from a potentially dangerous blood clot near her brain, but on Wednesday, Jan. 2, she emerged from New York-Presbyterian Columbia Hospital, smiling, with daughter Chelsea by her side and husband Bill close behind. The trio grinned as they exited the building, Chelsea hand-in-hand with her mother, but returned just 15 minutes later, according to the Daily News. The appearance, though brief, marked the first time the Secretary of State, 65, had been seen in public since Dec. 7, when she spoke at a news conference in Belfast. Shortly after that event, she fell ill with a stomach virus that led to her fainting of dehydration and suffering a concussion

Al Jazeera is making a big purchase: Current TV, the low-rated news channel co-founded by Al Gore.The New York Times reports that the Qatar-based cable news company is buying Current TV."We are proud and pleased that Al Jazeera, the award-winning international news organization, has bought Current TV," said Al Gore in a statement with co-founder Joel Hyatt.

former firefighter with a crush on Madonna has been sentenced to three years' probation for resisting arrest outside the singer's New York City apartment building.Robert Linhart was convicted in November after being twice arrested in September 2010.Police say the then-59-year-old Linhart was nabbed after he parked his SUV outside the Material Girl's former Manhattan apartment and spray-painted love notes on poster boards. He returned a few days later and was arrested again.His attorney had argued that it was no crime to adore Madonna, the singer of pop hits including "Like a Virgin" who performed at last year's Super Bowl halftime game.The judge on Wednesday also ordered Linhart to attend anger management sessions.Attorney Lawrence LaBrew tells the Daily News that Linhart is appealing the conviction.


Patti Page, one of the most successful pop stars of the '50s – famed for hits such as "Tennessee Waltz" and "How Much Is That Doggie in the Window?" – died on Tuesday in Encinitas, Calif., the New York Times reports. She was 85. Page's songs sold millions – "Tennessee Waltz" spent months atop the pop, country and R&B charts and sold a total of 10 million copies – but her singing style and sentimental hits, though favored by the public, did not always receive critical praise
