he not-always-reliable "Star" tabloid claims that just before Christmas, JUSTIN BIEBER got drunk and stoned and performed oral sex on a 22-year-old nursing student for a full hour.  It's not clear how Selena found out, but that's what supposedly convinced her to break up with Justin for good.

An Internet radio hostess in Charlotte, North Carolina says she had a nasty run-in with JUSTIN BIEBER at her local gym on Tuesday.  She says he was rude to her when she introduced herself and asked for a picture . . . then he and another guy made snide comments about her as she continued her workout.  He also spit into a bottle, which she accidentally drank out of after he left.

The "New York Post" claims that JENNIFER LOPEZ hooked up with her ex-husband MARC ANTHONY during a recent trip to the city.  She'd left boyfriend Casper Smart back in L.A.Supposedly, they spend more than two and a half hours together in his hotel.  Marc was the first one to emerge . . . quote, "He came out really quickly, with his head down, like he didn't want to be seen."-J-Lo came out later, disheveled, but with, quote, "a smug grin on her face."

PETER ROBBINS, the original voice of Charlie Brown, was arrested at a border crossing in San Diego on Sunday after a background check revealed that he was wanted for stalking and making violent threats.  Robbins was 9 when he was chosen to voice the character in the 1960s, in such specials as "A Charlie Brown Christmas" and "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown".  He's 56 now.

The widow of ROBERT KARDASHIAN released some of his journals to "In Touch Weekly" . . . and if what's in them is true, this could be a P.R. nightmare for KRIS JENNER.The journals were supposedly written in 1989 and '90.  And in one entry, Robert talks about his then-wife beating up their daughter KIM . . . who would have been 9 or 10 at the time. -Robert said, quote, "Kris was kicking and beating her and said she was going to kill [Kim]!  Kim was hysterical."In another entry, Robert wrote about how Kris would leave for DAYS to mess around with Todd Waterman . . . a guy she has since admitted to cheating on Robert with.-He said, quote, "She doesn't leave a number in case of emergency.  She doesn't care!  She left [the] kids and screwed all night!"-Apparently, Kris also skipped a Christmas with the family . . . quote, "Kris couldn't get her act together.  I was home alone with 4 kids.”-Kris's rep says, quote, "We have no knowledge of these diaries existing and these accusations are ridiculous and not true." -Robert and Kris were married from 1978 to 1990.  He died of cancer in 2003.

"Girls" star LENA DUNHAM doesn't want young girls to look up to RIHANNA.  She says, quote, "She left Barbados, she's had this amazing career, she's won a Grammy . . . She's talented.  And then she gets back together with CHRIS BROWN and posts a million pictures of them smoking marijuana together on a bed.  And it cracks my heart in half in a way that makes me feel like I'm 95 years old."

CHRISTIAN BALE called an 8-year-old leukemia patient who's a huge Batman fan, and talked to him for about nine minutes.  He told the boy, quote, "The whole point of the movie is anybody can be Batman.  Anybody can be as strong as that and help people and put good out into the world."

MAX GEORGE from THE WANTED has denied that he's dating LINDSAY LOHAN.  When some of his Twitter followers expressed their near-hysteria at the idea of Max settling down with Lindsay, he said, quote, "I'm not, so you're fine!" Then he added, quote, "Rumors . . . That's all . . . Like I said . . . 1 million%."

If LINDSAY LOHAN thought "The Canyons" was going to revive her acting career, this is going to come as a blow.  The South By Southwest Film Festival has reportedly passed on it.  And that's after Sundance did the same.-A source at South By Southwest says there are, quote, "quality issues" with the movie, and it has, quote, "an ugliness and a deadness to it." But the producers say they're actually still waiting for the official word from the festival.

We heard LINDSAY LOHAN turned down a $550,000 offer to do "Dancing With the Stars" because she thinks she's above reality TV. But according to a new report, her advisers turned it down because they don't think she can handle live television. A source says, quote, "Lindsay has been a mess on movie sets lately.  She doesn't show up on time, she keeps everyone waiting and so her team decided that there was no way that she could handle the pressure of a live show like 'Dancing With the Stars'."

LINDSAY LOHAN recently fired Shawn Holley . . . the attorney who's done a STELLAR job of keeping Lindsay's various legal punishments to a bare minimum over the years.-She immediately regretted it and tried to hire her back.  But Holley has had enough.  Sources say she's cutting ties.  (--And Lindsay reportedly owes her $300,000 in back legal fees, by the way.)

An "inauguration official" who asked not to be identified told CNN that BEYONCÉ did NOT sing the national anthem live at PRESIDENT OBAMA'S inauguration.  Just like we'd heard, she reportedly decided to use her previously-recorded backing track because she didn't have time to practice the song with the Marine Corps Band ahead of time.

In MANTI TE'O'S interview with KATIE COURIC today, he admits to LYING to the media, but NOT about being involved in the hoax.  He's saying that he did realize that he was hosed after getting a call from the hoaxers in December, but yet he continued to talk as if she was real in interviews leading up to the National Championship game.

AMC has announced that the sixth season of "Mad Men" will premiere on April 7th.  And like Season Five, it'll begin with a two-hour "movie."  (--Which is basically just a glorified way of saying it's an extended, two-hour episode.)-Creator Matthew Weiner says, quote, "I'm going to skip ahead in time.  I won't say how long, but the first two episodes are a movie unto themselves.  And they do foreshadow what's going to happen in the season."They do tell a story of the period and root you where you are in these people's lives.  But a lot has changed when the season opens up.  A lot has changed."

The AFC and NFC championship games were the most-watched programs on TV last week, with about 48 million and 42 million viewers respectively.  In fact, they were also the most watched programs in more than 11 MONTHS.The last thing to get more viewers than that was last year's Super Bowl, which averaged just over 111 million.  (--Super Bowl 47 goes down February 3rd on CBS.)  Here are the Top 10 shows overall last week . . .

#1.)  The AFC Championship Game between the Ravens and Patriots, CBS, 47.7 million viewers  (--The Ravens won 28 to 13.)

#2.)  The NFC Championship Game between the 49ers and Falcons, Fox, 42 million viewers  (--The 49ers won 28 to 24.)

#3.)  "NCIS", CBS, 22.9 million viewers

Over 20 million people watched PRESIDENT OBAMA'S second inauguration this past Monday.  Which sounds pretty good until you compare it to the ratings his FIRST inauguration got four years ago . . . when almost 38 million people watched.-CNN won the ratings war, pulling in 3.1 million viewers during the half-hour of the actual swearing in.  Meanwhile, MSNBC had 2.3 million, and Fox News managed 1.3 million.

Rapper A$AP ROCKY's major-label debut, "Long.Live.A$AP", is #1 on the "Billboard" chart after selling 139,000 copies in its first week of release.  It's the first debut album to hit #1 since 2 CHAINZ did it with "Based On a T.R.U. Story" back in September. The only other debut in the Top 10 this week was the latest "Kidz Bop" compilation album, which sold 78,000 copies in 2nd place.  That's the best sales week for a "Kidz Bop" album since 2006.

 1.)  (NEW)  "Long.Live.A$AP", A$AP Rocky  (139,000 copies)

Beyoncé is under some SCORCHING fire after speculation that she lip synched her Star Spangled Banner performance at the presidential inauguration, but at least she has Jennifer Lopez and LeAnn Rimes to help put out the flames!J.Lo and LeAnn agree that President Barack Obama's BFF probably didn't have a choice! The country singer took time away from throwing Brandi Glanville shade and told Jimmy Kimmel:"I'm actually taking up for her on this one. There are times when people will ask you to do it, and they will not let you do it unless you do it because they want control over what happens."For once, LeAnn is actually making sense! And during her interview on The Daily Show, Jennifer admitted:"In certain venues and stuff, they do prerecord things, because you're going to have that terrible slapback. All performers do have to do it at some point."
