Fergie and Josh Duhamel are expecting their first child. Fergie broke the news on Twitter, by posting a composite photo of the two of them as babies, along with the caption, "Josh & Me & BABY makes three!!! #mylovelybabybump." She's 37, he's 40. They've been married since 2009.
ALEC BALDWIN is accused of using a RACIAL SLUR against a black "New York Post" photographer during a confrontation on Sunday. (--The one that rhymes with MOON.) He also called the guy a "crackhead" and a "drug dealer" . . . even though the man is actually a retired New York City cop. Alec denies it.

A rep for the Milano Market in New York City says FOREST WHITAKER was NOT frisked because he's black. He also apologized for the incident and said the store wants to make a donation to the charity of Forest's choice.The rep says, quote, "The management of Milano Market deeply regrets the wrongful actions of our employee in stopping and frisking Forest Whitaker.-"While we can not delve into the employee's mindset, we do not believe that he was racially motivated in his actions, simply misguided."-The rep also says employees are being "re-trained" so that nothing like this happens again.

The "New York Post" claims "X Factor" has dumped KHLOE KARDASHIAN, who hosted Season Two alongside MARIO LOPEZ.A so-called "insider" says Mario was asked to come back for Season Three, but Khloe wasn't.-Khloe hasn't commented . . . and a spokesperson for "X Factor" would only say that no talent decisions have been made for the upcoming season.
