Maybe HALLE BERRY'S freak-out on the paparazzi last week was brought on by hormones . . . because she's PREGNANT. Her rep says, "We can confirm that Halle Berry and OLIVIER MARTINEZ are expecting a child. We will not be commenting on or confirming any additional details."Of course, the tabloids are providing the rest of the details . . . whether they're true or not. Sources say they're having a BOY, and that Halle is three months along. This will be Olivier's first child. Halle has a 5-year-old daughter named Nahla with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry. Police were called to a Hollywood club after actresses JAIME PRESSLY and ESTELLA WARREN nearly got into a fight. Jaime had accused Estella of stealing her assistant's purse. It took about three hours for police to sort things out early Friday morning. Drugs were allegedly also found in the purse, but it's not clear whose they were. As far as we know, nobody was arrested.
LUKE BRYAN won the Entertainer of the Year award at last night's ACM Awards . . . but he kind of failed at being BLAKE SHELTON'S co-host. MIRANDA LAMBERT also had a big night. She won Female Vocalist of the Year, and her song "Over You" won Song of the Year and Single of the Year.
Both soul king Stevie Wonder and pop's resident heart-breaker John Mayer took the Academy of Country Music Awards stage Sunday night as Las Vegas enjoyed a taste of the South.A recently single Mayer joined Brad Paisley to sing the country crooner's "Beat This Summer" in one of Mayer's first live performances since he battled two bouts of vocal cord problems.Wonder later rocked the ACM stage with nominee Hunter Hayes for a jazzy mashup of their songs "I Want Crazy" and "Sir Duke."
"Real Housewives of New Jersey" stars JOE GORGA and JACQUELINE and CHRISTOPHER LAURITA have been charged with beating a guy up.It happened Saturday at the grand opening of fellow cast mate KIM DEPAOLA'S new clothing store in Ridgewood, New Jersey.Sources say a guy named John Karagiorgis came into the store and made fun of the Lauritas' 3-year-old son Nicholas, who is autistic. A nasty brawl ensued.A woman who owns a beauty salon that shares the space with DePaola's clothing store says, quote, "Three of Kim D's clothes racks were destroyed and three of our custom sinks were broken. There was blood on the walls."There are also reports that Jacqueline took off one of her shoes and bashed the guy on the head with it. He claims he still has a mark on his forehead from the heel.Even though the attackers were charged, a source says, quote, "Everyone felt as though Karagiorgis came in there confrontational, and instigated the fight."The three "Real Housewives" stars filed a counter-report against him. There's no word yet if he'll be brought up on charges. It should be noted that Bravo's cameras were rolling during all of this.
JENNA JAMESON was arrested for BATTERY on Saturday night. She's accused of attacking someone at a home in Orange County, California. The still-unidentified victim placed Jenna under citizen's arrest. Jenna turns 39 tomorrow.
WESLEY SNIPES was released from federal prison last Tuesday, but he's not completely free yet. He'll be under house arrest until July 19th. Snipes was sentenced to three years behind bars for failing to pay MILLIONS in taxes. He started serving in December of 2010, so he's getting out a few months early.
Matthew Warren . . . the 27-year-old son of evangelist RICK WARREN . . . committed suicide Friday night. Rick's Saddleback Valley Community Church issued a statement saying that Matthew suffered from mental illness that resulted in, quote, "deep depression and suicidal thoughts." Police say Matthew died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
"Evil Dead" is the new #1 movie in the country. It's a remake of the 1981 horror classic "The Evil Dead", and it made $26.6 million over the weekend to take the top spot at the box office."G.I. Joe" and "The Croods" tied for 2nd place, with $21.1 million each . . . and "Jurassic Park 3D" rounded out the top 3 with $18.2 million. Compared to other 3D conversions, "Jurassic Park" had the third-largest opening behind "The Lion King", which made $30 million in 2011, and "Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace", which made $22 million last year.

Bravo has canceled KATHY GRIFFIN'S late-night talk show, "Kathy", after two seasons. There's no official word from the network, but Kathy talked about it during a stand up show in Cincinnati on Friday.By the way, Kathy may already be working on her next move. Last month, we heard that she filmed a pilot for some show with ANDERSON COOPER at the CNN studios, but there weren't any details on what that was all about. Anderson's syndicated talk show is also on the way out. Back in October, he announced that it wouldn't be returning for a third season.
STEVE CARELL and JAMES GANDOLFINI co-starred in "The Incredible Burt Wonderstone" . . . and now, they're working on a TV movie for HBO. It's a comedy called "Bone Wars", and it's about two feuding paleontologists. It's actually based on a true story . . . about two 19th century paleontologists who were engaged in a public battle over who could uncover the most dinosaur bones. According to reports, it was, quote, "a decades-long competition that led to the discovery of more than 160 dinosaurs . . . [and also led to their] mutual downward spiral." There's no word when it might premiere.
Animal Planet's annual "Puppy Bowl" has been around since 2005 . . . and in the second one, they started bringing kittens out for the half-time show. Well next year, cat-lovers are getting their own MAIN EVENT. The Hallmark Channel is launching a "Kitten Bowl" next year. The "Hollywood Reporter" says it'll be "an agility competition," with, quote, "an obstacle course of hurdles of varying heights, A-frame Alpine scratchers, tunnels, hoop jumps and weave poles."
JONATHAN KNIGHT abruptly walked out on a NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK concert in New York last Thursday. Apparently, he had an anxiety attack, and everything is cool within the group. He Tweeted, "I'm sorry" . . . and joined New Kids for their performance on the "Today" show on Friday.
Two Republican members of Congress have asked the U.S. Treasury Department for information on what type of license American pop star Beyonce and rapper husband Jay Z obtained for a high-profile trip to Cuba to celebrate their wedding anniversary. Beyonce and Jay Z celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary this week in Havana, where big crowds greeted them as they strolled hand in hand through the Cuban capital.They ate at some of the city's best restaurants, danced to Cuban music, walked through historic Old Havana and posed for pictures with admiring Cubans, who recognized them despite the past half-century of ideological conflict that separates the United States and Cuba.In a letter dated on Friday, U.S. Representatives Ileana Ros-Lehtinen and Mario Diaz-Balart, asked Adam Szubin, director of the Office of Foreign Assets Control, for "information regarding the type of license that Beyonce and Jay-Z received, for what purpose, and who approved such travel."Ros-Lehtinen and Mario Diaz-Balart represent districts in south Florida where there is a high Cuban-American population."Despite the clear prohibition against tourism in Cuba, numerous press reports described the couple's trip as tourism, and the Castro regime touted it as such in its propaganda," the letter said."We represent a community of many who have been deeply and personally harmed by the Castro regime's atrocities, including former political prisoners and the families of murdered innocents."
Porsha Williams likes to stay out partying 'til the break o' dawn, and then call police to get her into the house she shares with estranged husband Kordell Stewart -- this according to new documents. "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Porsha fired the first shot ... filing a motion that claimed Kordell was locking her out of the house -- and bringing another woman into the home.But in his response Kordell claims he only locks the house at night for security purposes. He claims the real problem is Porsha frequently leaves home for several days straight ... and sometimes comes back between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM smelling like alcohol.As we previously reported ... Kordell filed for divorce last month.The ex-NFL star also claims Porsha called the police twice to let her into the house ... even though she has a key to enter the property.As for Porsha's claim of "another woman" in the house -- Kordell says it's the nanny he was forced to hire because Porsha is "neglecting her responsibilities to her stepson."Kordell wants the court to deny Porsha's demand for temporary support ... because as he puts it ... she's a celebrity who makes plenty of her own cash.
