JENNIFER LAWRENCE might be back with her ex NICHOLAS HOULT.  They broke up in January, but on Monday night, they were photographed leaving a Hollywood restaurant together.  Jennifer and Nicholas meet on the set of "X-Men:  First Class" back in 2010, and they're currently filming "X-Men:  Days of Future Past" together.  He plays Beast, and Jennifer plays Mystique.

On "Chelsea Lately" the other night, Chelsea told a story about what a great advice-giver GWYNETH PALTROW is.  She said, quote, "One of our friends is like, 'I got in a big fight with my husband and I went home and I just wanted to scream and yell.'  And you were like, 'Whatever you're doing, do the opposite.  If you feel angry, go at him with love and you give him [oral sex].'"

JOHN STAMOS is doing a web show in which he reunites celebrities with the people who took their virginity.  He says, quote, "For every actor, celebrity, musician and politician out there that we see, there's somebody at home going, 'I was their first.'  I want to hear their stories, too."  And he may even reenact those magic moments with puppets, Barbie dolls or some other kind of animation.

While reporting that JOHN KRASINSKI from "The Office" was going to guest star on the new season of "Arrested Development", Yahoo made a pretty bone-headed error.  They posted a picture of JOHN SINGLETON with the story. Just to set the record straight here, John Krasinski is a white, 33-year-old native of Newton, Massachusetts. John Singleton is the black, 45-year-old director of "Boyz N the Hood".  He's from South Los Angeles.

LINDSAY LOHAN hit a bar Monday, but she supposedly drank SODA all night.  Meanwhile, Lindsay is due to check into her court-ordered rehab TOMORROW, but sources say she still hasn't picked a facility yet.

Gay NBA player JASON COLLINS dated a woman named CAROLYN MOOS for about eight years . . . and they even got engaged.  But in 2009, he called everything off.  Carolyn says she never suspected that Jason was gay . . . and even though she's still a little confused, she supports him.

She was stunned, since she NEVER once suspected that he might be gay.  Naturally, she's confused and possibly a little upset.Carolyn says, quote, "I had to sit down.  I was shocked.  There's no words to really describe my reaction . . . But this does alleviate some of the pain . "It's very emotional for me to have invested eight years in my dream to have a husband, soul mate, and best friend in him.  So this is all hard to understand . . . to be able to recover from that is not an easy process. That being said, she still supports him.  She adds, quote, "I care about [Jason] tremendously and only want the best for him.  I want Jason to be happy for a lifetime and stay true to who he really is, inside and out."Carolyn also played college ball at Stanford . . . and spent several seasons in the WNBA.  She's now a personal trainer and "nutrition consultant."

PRESIDENT OBAMA gave a press conference yesterday to discuss the crisis in Syria . . . and afterwards, he answered a question about JASON COLLINS' coming out. Obama said, quote, "For an individual who has excelled at the highest level to go ahead and say 'This is who I am.  I'm proud of it.  I'm still a great competitor.  I'm still seven-foot tall, and can bang with SHAQ.  And, uh, you know, deliver a hard foul.'"

CARRIE FISHER says Disney is getting her in shape for "Star Wars 7".  She says, quote, "I like being bought by Disney, because they never wanted to buy me before.  I'm glad they are doing a new movie because they are sending a trainer to my house so I can get in really good shape."

The new "Dallas" will continue on without LARRY HAGMAN, who died in the middle of filming this past season.  TNT has announced that it'll be back for a third season, which will premiere sometime early next year. A network exec says, quote, "Although we said goodbye to Larry and his iconic character J.R. Ewing this year, 'Dallas' has many more stories left to tell, and the Ewing clan will continue to honor J.R.'s memory."

If you love the stuffy, period costumes on "Downton Abbey" . . . and somehow think you'd have a reason to wear stuff like that, there's fantastic news:  The show is getting its own clothing line.A producer says, quote, "We'll be working across an entire range of products coming out this year.  From fashion, apparel, homeware and furniture to wallpapers, beauty products and stationary." Supposedly, this "Edwardian" crap . . . like "arm-length gloves, fur capes, cravats and waistcoats" . . . has been flying off some stores' shelves in the U.K., but it's hard to imagine this getting any traction in the U.S.

This is probably something you don't want to see this morning . . . unless you've REALLY got a strong stomach.Yesterday, BEAR GRYLLS Tweeted, quote, "Our 'Man Vs. Wild' producer [is] suffering from a brutal snake bite . . . fighting the injury with courage." And he included a picture of the injury . . . and it's NASTY AS HELL.  It's a gigantic open wound . . . and there's BONE visible.

WYCLEF JEAN is apparently starting some kind of "movement" where he turns weapons into musical instruments.  He showed the paparazzi one of his guitars, which looked like an AK-47 assault rifle . . . and he was just waving it around in the middle of the street in New York.

KRISTEN BELL will host this year's "CMT Music Awards" again, but TOBY KEITH was NOT asked back as her co-host.  No word yet on his replacement.  It doesn't sound like Kristen will miss him though.  She Tweeted, "Yay!  Heading back to Nashville to host the #CMT Awards, June 5th!  This year I have an awesome, new co-host!  Who do you think it will be?"

"My Fair Wedding" host David Tutera is breaking up with his "husband" after a 10-year "marriage" ... and a war is brewing over the couple's unborn children ... TMZ has learned.Tutera and his longtime partner Ryan Jurica had a big wedding ceremony in Vermont back in 2003 ... but since they live in California (where gay marriage is not recognized) they filed for a domestic partnership. But now, the relationship is OVER ... at least according to legal docs filed by David, seeking to end the domestic partnership because of "irreconcilable differences."Here's the twist -- according to the docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, a surrogate is set to give birth to TWINS for the couple ... and she's due in July. David wants full legal and physical custody of the kids ... and only wants to give Ryan visitation. He also doesn't want to pay a nickel in spousal support, but wants Ryan to foot the bill for all legal fees related to the split.

"American Idol's" ratings continued to slide last week, with both episodes finishing behind "The Voice" and "Dancing with the Stars".  "NCIS" was the last week's #1 show.  Meanwhile, the top three shows on cable were "Duck Dynasty", the first round of the NFL Draft, and "Game of Thrones".

"NCIS" reclaimed the top spot in the ratings last week, with over 17 million viewers.  Though to be fair, the only reason it wasn't #1 the previous week was because CBS ran a repeat. As for the performance competitions, "American Idol's" ratings continued to slide, with only one episode cracking the top ten.  It finished behind "The Voice" AND "Dancing with the Stars".  Here are the top shows overall last week . . .

The Cyndi Lauper-scored Kinky Boots has earned a leading 13 Tony Award nominations, with the British import Matilda: The Musical close behind with 12. Kinky Boots is based on the 2005 British movie about a real-life shoe factory that struggles until it finds new life in fetish footwear; Lauper's songs and a story by Harvey Fierstein have made it a crowd-pleaser. Matilda: The Musical is a witty musical adaptation of the beloved novel by Roald Dahl and is true to his bleak vision of childhood as a savage battleground
