Q. How does it work?
A. Complete the tasks to earn the required number of "STARS" needed to qualify for the prize. You must be a member of the KVIP ZONE, and LOGGED IN to your account in order to participate and collect the "STARS". Please make sure that your internet browser is up to date, pop up blockers are turned off, and tracking cookies are enabled
Q. How do I track my progress?
A. Make sure you are logged into your VIP ZONE account, and then click here. Check your recent activity, and If you have completed a task it will be indicated. If a task has been indicated as complete, that means you have also received the "STARS" awarded from that task.
Q. Are "STARS" different from the "POINTS" I receive as a KVIP?
A. Yes, the "STARS" are only rewarded to the listeners participating as a SOCIAL STAR, and you receive them by completeing the tasks on the K104 SOCIAL STAR page.
Q. I am using Internet Explorer 8 and the pages are not working. Can I still participate?
A. IE8 or lower unfortunatly do not work with this program. If you are experiencing issues please email us and let us at stevev@pamal.com.
Q. I am using Safari, and the pages are not working. Can I still participate?
A. Of course. Please make sure your cookies are not blocked. If you do not know how to check, please follow these steps.
Go to Safari in your main tool bar, click "preferences", then click "privacy", then enable your cookies.
