Before you buy your ticket here's the rundown...
I purchased a PIT PASS. What did I get?
THE VIP PIT PASS GUARENTEES YOU A FRONT ROW SEAT, AND MAKES IT SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE!
WITH THE VIP PIT PASS YOU GET A SEPARATE ENTRANCE AND GET ESCORTED INTO THE MID HUDSON CIVIC CENTER BEFORE THE REST OF THE AUDIENCE. YOU ALSO HAVE A BLOCKED OFF FRONT ROW POSITION FOR THE ENTIRE SHOW!

K104’s Not So Silent Night is an all ages show
How much is parking?
The city of Poughkeepsie charges $5 at all municipal garages.
Can I leave and come back in?
No, there is a VERY STRICT NO - RE-ENTRY POLICY. Once you are outside of our gates you are no longer allowed back into the Civic Center. That also goes for smoking. If you leave to have a cigarette you will not be allowed back in. So plan accordingly.
Can I get backstage?
Unfortunately, no. The backstage area is strictly used for loading and unloading of instruments,
staff and dressing rooms.
Should I drive separately from my friends?
K104 recommends that you carpool to Not So Silent Night 2012
Can I bring a cooler?
The Civic Center does not allow coolers into the venue.
Can I bring a camera?
Disposable cameras and small digital cameras (including camera phones) are allowed.
Can I video or audio tape the show?
No. Recording equipment of any kind is strictly forbidden!
Can I drop-off/pick-up my kids?
Yes. Make sure that all members of your party know exactly where you will be dropping them off and picking them up as we expect a large crowd. This concert will be a SOLD OUT event. There are a lot of people in the Civic Center that day. So please be aware that excited concert goers could push and shove their way to the front. Your children are your responsibility.
Is there a will call?
Yes. Tickets ordered through www.k104online.com that had “Will Call” selected as the delivery method will be available at the Civic Center Box Office window between 10am and showtime the day of the show.
Will there be food available?
There will be a variety of food available for purchase at concession location.
How about ATM machines?
There are ATM machines located inside the venue.
So what can/can’t I bring to the show?
NO CIGARETTES (Mid Hudson Civic Center is a Non-Smoking facility)
NO GLASS, NO ALCOHOL, NO SHARP OBJECTS OR WEAPONS OF ANY KIND
Bags are ok but will be searched. Not having a bag will get you through the lines quicker.
No outside food or beverages permitted.
What if I won tickets from K104?
Listeners who won tickets from K104 can pick their tickets up at the Civic Center the day of the show starting at 10am with photo I.D.
