AMC Is Back: 98% Of AMC Theaters Opening Today
- AMC, the nation’s largest movie theater chain, is officially back in business.
- As of this weekend, 98% of AMC theaters were open, one year after closing all of its locations during the pandemic.
- The company almost didn’t survive the pandemic, flirting with bankruptcy last June.
- CEO Adam Aron promises the chain will open with “the highest devotion to the health and safety of our guests and associates”.
