Katy Perry Opens Up About Missing Opportunity To Work W/ Billie Eilish

Katy Perry recently revealed that she had a chance to work with Billie Eilish and possibly had the opportunity to sign her.
Perry said that someone had sent a song over to her, and Katy added, “She sent me an email one time that was, ‘Hey, check out this new artist. I’d really like us to work with her.'”
She continued, “It was a song called ‘Ocean Eyes,’ and it was just a blonde girl, and it was like, meh, boring.”
Perry also admitted that it was a big mistake, and she always has been available to be an ear for Billie in case she needs some advice on her career.
