Before putting on his New York Yankee pinstripes, top MLB prospect Anthony Volpe spent the summer of 2021 with the Hudson Valley Renegades.
The tools were all there for us to see and he wasted no time displaying through the first few games in the majors with solid defense and offensive spark with stolen bases.
Growing up in New Jersey his favorite player wore #2 on his favorite team, the New York Yankees. Anthony Volpe, the Bronx Bomber’s new shortstop patrolling
the same patch of infield as Derek Jeter now wears #11. He and his sister were at one of the Yankees world series parades through the canyon on heroes…here is to hoping
