OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

1. This giveaway will run September 12th through October 13th, 2019. The contest entry period is September 12^th, 2019 at 5:30am to October 13^th, 2019 at 11:59pm EST.  One grand prize winner will be selected selected by random drawing from all entries.
2. Winner must be 21 years of age or older. Limit of one entry per person, per household. Duplicate entries will be discarded.
3. Winner will receive a three (3) night hotel stay for two (2) at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana with roundtrip airfare.
4. Travel dates chosen by winner are based on availability and are subject to blackout dates as deemed by Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, select airline, and CDT Travel. Winner has one (1) year from the date won to book and use prize.
5. Winners are responsible for any state or federal taxes and will receive a 1099 at the end of the year the trip is used.
6. Upon drawing, winner has 30 days to provide booking information to K104 and CDT Travel and must provide all appropriate documentation in order to travel internationally at time of booking.
7. By participating, winners grant permission for their voice and telephone call to be recorded and re-broadcasted for promotional use on K104, and further agree to sign a hold harmless agreement and release agreement before receiving the grand prize. If you are not available at the time of our phone call, you forfeit the prize.
8. Employees of Pamal Broadcasting and its subsidiaries, Bud Light, Hard Rock, CDT Travel and their families are not eligible. Contest is not open to owners, officers, employees, consultants or advertising-marketing agencies of or for any radio stations, TV or cable franchises in the New York Total Survey Area as defined by Nielsen.
9. Winners of any major prize valuing $600 or more within the last six (6) months are not eligible.
10. By accepting this prize, winner agrees to release and hold sponsors harmless for any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage. By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by all of the official rules of this contest.
11. No purchase necessary, no prize substitution. Prizes are non-transferable and not negotiable. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
12. K104 reserves the right to amend or change the above rules at any time as well as end this contest anytime. All decisions of station management with regard to the awarding of prizes, the selection of winners and the interpretation of these rules shall be final. Each contestant by virtue of entering the contest agrees to accept the decision of the station as final.
