Grace Smith House is a private not-for-profit domestic violence agency, providing both residential and non-residential services to victims of domestic violence and their children. They offer residential shelter, non-residential services, counseling, advocacy, legal assistance, and preventative education for residents of Dutchess County, NY and surrounding counties.

Where is Not So Silent Night 2018?

The Chance Theater

Is there a minimum age required to attend?
K104’s Not So Silent Night is an ALL AGES show.

Where do I park and how much is parking?
The main lot of The Chance is located at the venue at 6 Crannel Streeet, Poughkeepsie. This is between Catarine Street, North Hamilton Street, and on the left hand side of the East-West Arterial. The City of Poughkeepsie charges to park at all municipal garages and parking lots. Cost (if any) is TBD and is set by the City of Poughkeepsie night of show.

Can I leave and come back in?
Nope. There is a VERY STRICT NO RE-ENTRY POLICY. Once you are outside of our doors, you are no longer allowed back into the Chance Theater. That also goes for smoking. If you leave to have a cigarette you will not be allowed back in. There is a designated door on the far end of The Chance to the left of the stage to go outside and smoke. Please plan accordingly.

Can I get backstage?
Unfortunately, no. The backstage area is strictly used for loading and unloading of instruments and working staff.

Should I drive separately from my friends?
K104 recommends that you carpool to Not So Silent Night.

Can I bring food/drinks/cooler inside The Chance?

Can I bring a camera?
Disposable cameras and small digital cameras (including camera phones) are allowed.
Professional Photography equipment is strictly prohibited.

Can I video or audio tape the show?
No. Recording equipment of any kind is strictly forbidden!

Can I drop-off/pick-up my kids?
Yes. Make sure that all members of your party know exactly where you will be dropping them off and picking them up as we expect a large crowd. This concert is anticipated to be a SOLD OUT event. There are a lot of people in and around The Chance that day. So please be aware of the location that your party will meet before and after the concert. Your children are your responsibility.
DO NOT block any entrance/exit of Crannel Street as this will be utilized as a loading/unloading area for show production.
Where are the restrooms at The Chance?
There are two sets of restrooms. One set is downstairs by entering the stairwell to the right of the stage.
The other set is on the balcony level inside The Loft.
Is there a Will Call?
The will call table will be just INSIDE main entrance of The Chance at their Box Office. You must present PURCHASER’s ID.
If you won tickets on K104 and you did not pick them up, your tickets will be at Will Call.

Will there be food available?
Not inside venue. Plan to eat before show.

How about ATM machines?
There are ATM machines located inside the venue. First floor next to merch table.

So what can/can’t I bring to the show? 
NO CIGARETTES, NO VAPE (The Chance is a non-smoking venue)
Bags are ok but will be searched.
No outside food or beverages permitted.

What if I won tickets from K104?
You may pick up your tickets at the K104 Studios until December 7th at 5:00pm.

Any tickets not picked up will go straight to the Will Call table inside of the main entrance of The Chance at the Box Office.
You must present ID of the person who won the tickets.
