Netflix's "Next Gen Chef" cooking competition series features The Culinary Institute of America, with two CIA alumni, Kelsey Barnard Clark and Carlton McCoy, serving as judges alongside host Olivia Culpo.

The show provides an in-depth look at the life of students and the beauty of the campus. The first seven episodes will air on Sept. 17, with the season finale on Sept. 24.

The competition will showcase 21 young chefs vying for the title of "generational talent" and a $500,000 prize. Alumni judges McCoy and Clark reflect on their time at the CIA and the impact of the show on the next generation of chefs.
