I had to bring my car in to get fixed after it had been in an accident. I had originally brought it somewhere else on the basis of location at the time. Fast forward a month later and I finally got my car back - not what I was hoping for or expecting for the amount of money I paid.

So I reached out to Andrew and Jack at Northside and told them what happened with my bad experience from the "other place". They told me to bring the car in so he can take a look. That was on a Monday. They told me they could fix up everything and make it look brand new. I said great let's do it. made the appointment for that coming Friday morning. They had the car done by Friday afternoon. When I tell you my jaw hit the floor when I saw how amazing my car looked. They undid everything and fixed my car up to be better than showroom condition with genuine car parts! NO aftermarket! The took care of me!!! We'll keep it at that!
