The Renegades are playing in their first championship series since 2017!

On Friday the Hudson Valley Renegades took down the Jersey Shore BlueClaws 3-2 at Heritage Financial park to advance to the Atlantic League Championship Series against the Greenville Drive!

The 'Gades 3rd baseman had a busy day, scoring on a wild pitch to tie the game in the bottom of the first and hitting an RBI single the very next inning to take the lead. Shortstop Alexander Vargas would extend the lead in the 4th with a sacrifice fly.

But it would be the 21 year old starting pitcher, Brock Selvidge who wouldn't let the BlueClaws back into the game as he went 6.2 innings pitched with 7 strikeouts!

On Sunday, the Renegades played their final home game of the season at Heritage Financial Park in the Atlantic League Championship Series opener! Unfortunately they would fall to the Greenville Drive by a score of 2-0.

They head down to Greenville, South Carolina to wrap up the series with Game 2 on Tuesday the 19th, if needed a Game 3 will be played the very next day Wednesday the 20th in Greenville.

Lets Go Renegades!!!
