Last weekend I went to Yankee stadium NOT for a Yankee game. Are you familiar with the Savannah Bananas? Think of it like the Harlem Globetrotters of baseball. It is a fun, family style of baseball that has caught fire across the U.S. The team started small and now is selling out stadiums across the country,
The Bananas play a real game of baseball but with funky rules, fun games and even a guy on stilts pitching. They make it a true family fun experience. They had some special guests at the games this weekend. While I was there NY Giants Eli Manning was in disguise as an umpire and revealed himself after a fub banter with another ump.
Look up the Bananas on line and take a trip to their home turf in Georgia. I think you'll love it.
