Carnival Cruise Line Is Handing Out Stickers That Show How Well You Tipped the Crew

Nothing says "vacation mode" quite like boarding a cruise ship . . . and immediately letting everyone know how good of a tipper you are.

Carnival Cruise Line is testing a new program that puts a "Crew Love" sticker on guests' cruise cards if they prepaid their tips.

Carnival says the stickers let crew members know gratuities were prepaid, while giving guests "a little recognition for their generosity."

But passengers are divided.

Some said tipping should remain private and are worried the stickers could embarrass people who don't prepay.  And others called the idea "tacky" and "cringy."

But some people love it . . . and want to be celebrated for their generosity.
