The 10 best states for driving are:  Vermont . . . Iowa . . . Kansas . . . Nebraska . . . Indiana . . . Florida . . . Alabama . . . Tennessee . . . North Carolina . . . and Minnesota.

 

 

And the 10 worst are:  Hawaii . . . Washington . . . Montana . . . California . . . Maryland . . . Colorado . . . Missouri . . . New Hampshire . . . Nevada . . . and Pennsylvania.
