Just a few weeks ago, the entire internet was concerned for "Punch the Monkey" at a zoo in Japan.  He'd been abandoned by his mother . . . dragged around his stuffed animal orangutan . . . and was even "bullied."

Well, he has made a TON of progress.  The latest updates say he now has a GIRLFRIEND. 

Punch has been spotted kissing, cuddling, and affectionately playing with a female monkey believed to be named "Momo-chan."  It's cute.

Of course, Punch still has his stuffed animal, but he clearly appears less lonesome than he seemed last month.
