A wave of outrage erupted in the Bronx as New York Yankees fans called for the firing of manager Aaron Boone and his replacement by the legendary Jorge Posada — a one-time icon considered the only one with enough courage and "Yankee blood" to bring the team back to its golden age.

Yankees Old-Timers Day was this past weekend and Jorge Posada got one of the loudest reactions from the fans as a testament to not only their love and respect for Posada but the fact that he has the fire the team needs. A must win attitude, except no excuses, and Yankees Pride mentality. 

8 years with the Yankees as their manager and Aaron Boone has yet to bring a championship home. maybe it's time to bring in some new blood....cue in Jorge Posada.
