Recognizing warning signs of heart problems is crucial for early detection and intervention. Here are 10 tips to help you identify potential signs of heart issues:

- Pay attention to any discomfort, pressure, squeezing, or pain in the chest. This may last for a few minutes or come and go.
- Shortness of Breath:
- Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, especially if it occurs with or without chest discomfort, could be a sign of heart trouble.
- Unexplained fatigue, weakness, or a feeling of exhaustion, particularly if it's out of the ordinary for you, may be a warning sign.
- Dizziness or Lightheadedness:
- Feeling lightheaded or dizzy, especially when standing up suddenly, may indicate an issue with blood flow and potential heart problems.
- Pain or Discomfort in the Upper Body:
